Appalachian Fog Hazy Ipa 7.2% ABV
A blend of pale, pilsner, and wheat malts with added oats from the backbone of this New England-Style IPA. Generous amounts of Amarillo, Mosaic, Azacca and Eukanot hops in the whirlpool, as well as fermenter additions, lend a tropical flavor and aroma with a hint of darkness.
El Guapo (Amber) Mexican/Vienna-Style Lager 5.5% ABV
Amber lager with all German Vienna and Munich malts and German Hallertau Mittelfreuh hops. Long, cold conditioning results in clean and crisp finish. Served in Pilsner glass.
P.F.D. Pilsner 5.2% ABV
100% Weyermann Barke Pilsner malt from Germany, which is an heirloom variety. This yields a fine, pale straw color with a hint of malty sweetness which is offset by Hallertau Mittelfreuh hops that add a balanced bitterness and floral nose. Very crisp and clean.
Kind People Kolsch 5.4% ABV
German Ale that is fermented slightly cooler than a regular ale. Light-bodied , straw-colored, easy drinking with a clean finish. German Hallertau Mittelfreuh hops and German yeast.
Plush Nugget Experimental IPA 6.6% ABV
A West Coast meets East Coast IPA style with an emphasis on the various experimental hops from the northern and southern hemispheres. The inaugural edition focuses on the HBC431 hop known for its peach, berry, tropical fruit, as well as citrus and herbal qualities. The clarity of the West Coast, the smoothness of the East Coast, and new combinations of up-and-coming hop varietals.
Bluff Moutain Porter 5.8% ABV
American Version of classic English Porter. Dark, full-bodied, complex and flavorful. Light and dark chocolate malts lend a rich coffee/chocolate-like flavor and aroma with hints of roast and smokiness. Added wheat for a full mouthfeel and creamy finish.
Roof Dog IPA 6.3% ABV
Light-colored, low-malt character American IPA with a citrusy aroma and flavor. Pale and Pilsner malt base with just a hint of caramel. Clean American yeast. Citra and Zythos hops in the kettle and dry hop.
High Side Pale Ale 5.2% ABV
American-style pale ale with a balance between malt and hops. Cascade and Centennial hops, American yeast for a clean, crisp finish.
Cornography Corn Lager 5.4% ABV
American craft corn lager. Light and crisp with a slight “grits” presence to the nose.
